Moulded Suction Cups
We have an extensive range of Vacuum Suction Cups available with diameters ranging from 10 to 540mm.
The cups are suitable for lifting products such as Glass, Steel and many other fairly smooth products, and can be adapted to suit most Vacuum Lifting Units.
Non Standard Suction Pads
These are fabricated to any size or shape up to 2m square. The suction pad material is made up of closed cell natural rubber, which will withstand temperatures of up to 120 degrees C. Used under normal working conditions on products such as Concrete, the life expectancy is typically a minimum of 12-18 months.
For products such as Metal and Wood, etc. a life expectancy of 18 months to five years is anticipated.
Vacuum Pumps
Vacuum pumps available for most types of Vacuum Lifting Equipment with a duty of 2m3/h - 250m3/h, oil lubricated or dry running. All pumps are single stage and the majority come complete with a two year warranty.
Vacuum Filters
We have an extensive range of elements and filter housings available to suit varying ranges of Pumps and Compressors. Many of these can be adapted to suit most types of Vacuum Lifting Units.
