The principle of lifting is simple. A suction pad is positioned on the product surface and by using a vacuum pump the air inside the pad is removed and the product then lifted.
Objects such as Metal, Wood, Concrete, Glass, Plastic and Electrical Appliances are easily lifted, moved around, turned and rotated 90-180º using our Vacuum Lifting Equipment.
As opposed to chains, hooks or straps, lifting with Vacuum causes no damage to the product surfaces.
The equipment can be attached to Cranes, Forklifts or Excavating machines for use in any working area.
Learn how to lift in safety and be more Productive
More than a third of over three-day injuries reported each year arise from manual handling. Most of the reported accidents cause back injury, with hands, arms, and feet also being extremely vulnerable.
On average each injury results in 20 days off work. The cost of this is enormous and sometimes victims never fully recover.
Our equipment can be operated single handedly. Movements are precise, swift, safe and alleviate the body of all pressures caused through repetitive manual handling.
Using our equipment will ensure a healthy and happy workforce and if used correctly will help generate bigger profits and in turn lead to a more successful business.
